It is a paid full-time internship opportunity with a starting date in February 2025.
Successful candidates are expected to:
- Hold a degree or currently be pursuing a degree in social disciplines (e.g., law, languages, business management).
- Strong understanding of managing official correspondence.
- Must have upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
- Proficient in professional and formal text writing in Azeri.
- Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Assist in raising awareness among managers about regulatory compliance responsibilities and objectives.
- Support the coordination of document gathering and submission processes for licenses and permits.
- Maintain and update regulatory compliance documentation.
- Participate in preparing reports, audits, and inspections, ensuring timely completion of remedial actions.
