Key Responsibilities (KPIs):
- Develop and maintain long-term B2B relationships with corporate and new clients.
- Actively generate leads (including cold calling) and convert them into customers.
- Present and promote products and services to key decision-makers.
- Coordinate sales activities with colleagues and cross-functional departments.
- Analyze market potential, track the sales funnel, and prepare reports (CRM-based).
- Provide management with insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills in line with industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales or commercial role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- English (B2), Russian (preferable).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
