Key Responsibilities (KPIs):

  • Develop and maintain long-term B2B relationships with corporate and new clients.
  • Actively generate leads (including cold calling) and convert them into customers.
  • Present and promote products and services to key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate sales activities with colleagues and cross-functional departments.
  • Analyze market potential, track the sales funnel, and prepare reports (CRM-based).
  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge and skills in line with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales or commercial role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • English (B2), Russian (preferable).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
