Reports To: Finance Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with accounting standardsAnalyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual budgets, quarterly updates, and long-term projections.
- Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessments to guide business decisions.
- Oversee cost control measures, identifying areas of inefficiency, and suggesting improvements.
- Work with different departments to manage and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws.
- Analyze potential investments, capital expenditures, and large-scale projects for financial viability.
- Lead and mentor junior finance professionals, ensuring high performance within the finance team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification preferred).
- Five years of experience in Construction Finance/Constuction Projects
- Deep knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and financial management.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
- Experience with financial software and Excel for modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Open to local business trips
