Location: Gulf Region (Full-time Onsite)
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM, 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide ICT network support services to maintain and enhance Cisco Network Infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Implement and manage networking solutions, including routing, switching, and data center operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align network performance with business objectives.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, incidents, and network architecture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certification: CCNP Enterprise
• Strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies.
• Experience in enterprise environments is required.
• Basic familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Azure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.

Soft Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
