Salary: 2200 AZN net
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full procurement cycle for goods, services, and materials.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, conduct negotiations to achieve best terms and conditions.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of goods/services.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and legal regulations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and updates for management.
- Manage procurement documentation, contracts, and records accurately and systematically.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a mid-to-large company.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani; good command of English or Russian is a plus.
