A leading international energy services company is seeking an experienced Slickline Field Specialist to join their operations team. The role is focused on ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to clients, while continuously identifying areas for improvement and mitigating operational risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on time
- Execute service delivery according to company and client standards
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to promote services
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through inspections and self-assessments
- Attend and contribute to Service Quality Meetings with clients
- Actively support HSE and Quality initiatives
- Follow PPE and HSE requirements at all times
- Maintain up-to-date safety training
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Slickline operations, preferably with offshore exposure
- Higher education (technical or engineering background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Slickline and Wireline tools, operations, and maintenance
- Good command of the English language
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
