Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance, strategy, and reporting while ensuring alignment with legal regulations. You will lead tax-related projects and work closely with leadership to optimize our tax position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• CPA or equivalent certification
• 5+ years of experience in tax management (experience in Big 4 companies is an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations (especially Azerbaijani Tax Regulations) 

Language Skills:

• Azerbaijani & English – Fluent
• Russian – Proficient

Responsibilities:

• Manage tax compliance and filings
• Develop and implement tax strategies
• Lead audits and manage relationships with tax authorities
• Provide tax advice to management
• Monitor changes in tax laws and advise on their impact
• Coordinate tax audits and ensure compliance with legal requirements
