Position Overview
The Ticket Sales Coordinator will manage all aspects of ticket sales, including pricing strategies, sales promotions, and fan experience at games and events. This role involves working closely with the marketing and fan relations teams to maximise attendance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ticket sales strategies and pricing models.
- Coordinate ticket sales for games and events, including season tickets, group sales, and promotions.
- Analyse sales data and trends to optimise pricing and sales tactics.
- Manage relationships with ticketing vendors and partners.
- Oversee the fan experience related to ticketing, ensuring a seamless purchasing process.
- Generate reports on ticket sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field.
- Experience in ticket sales, preferably in sports or entertainment.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and sales platforms.
