Role overview:
- We are looking for highly organized and proactive Top Management Assistant, who will be playing a pivotal role in supporting the company’s executive leadership, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of strategic, administrative, and operational tasks. Acting as a trusted right hand to the CEO and other senior leaders, this position bridges communication between top management and internal/external stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making, seamless project execution, and efficient use of leadership time.
What You'll be doing:
- Manage the calendar and schedule of the General Director and top managers;
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence for management;
- Organize internal and external meetings, including protocol and documentation;
- Assist in the organization of company events and activities;
- Coordinate business trips for employees (flight, hotel, and transfer arrangements);
- Keeping minutes of meetings with the participation of the General Director;
- Draft letters, requests, and other documentation on behalf of management.
Skills:
- Higher education;
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role;
- Strong communication skills (ethics in business communication, negotiation and presentation, decision-making, objections handling, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills and trainability;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English Upper-İntermediate
