A company operating in the oil & gas sector is seeking an experienced PSCM Manager to lead and manage procurement and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations. 
• Manage sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations. 
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services. 
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. 
• Lead and develop the PSCM team. 
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational and project needs. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement/supply chain within the oil & gas sector. 
• At least 3–5 years of managerial/team lead experience. 
• Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. 
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. 
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
• Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
