We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales activities in the field of solar energy and integrated renewable energy solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of energy technologies, client-focused sales approaches, and a passion for driving sustainable energy transformations.

Location: Baku

Department: Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies;
  • Identify new B2B & B2C opportunities;
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, proposal preparation, to contract negotiation and closing deals;
  • Collaborate with technical teams on tailored solutions;
  • Track trends, competitors & client needs;
  • Present proposals, close deals, and exceed targets;
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field;
  • 5+ years in sales (renewable/solar energy preferred);
  • Strong knowledge of solar tech & energy-saving solutions;
  • Proficient in CRM & sales tools;
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken);
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills;
  • Team player with strong problem-solving ability.
