We are an international trucking company headquartered in Baku, actively hiring professional CDL drivers across the USA. We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to hire drivers to join our team in USA.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified CDL drivers across the U.S.
• Manage job postings and outreach on social platforms and job boards
• Maintain candidate database and communication throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews, document collection, and onboarding

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Fluent in English/Russian (additional languages a plus)
• Work hours: 19:00- 04:00 (from the office in Baku)
