With growth and expansion of our team, we are launching a new position for our offshore project - Drilling Supervisor.

What you'll do:
- Organize and supervise drilling operations at offshore fields.
- Synchronize contractors and service companies at the offshore drilling site.
- Monitor compliance with HSE-policy, industrial safety, and environmental protection.
- Ensure drilling programs are executed according with technical requirements, budget, and schedule.
- Analyze daily drilling reports and production metrics.
- Drilling risk management and prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Quality control of drilling and cementing operations.
- Interaction with geological, production, and engineering services.
- Optimization of drilling processes and reduction of non-productive time (NPT).
- Preparation of technical documentation and reporting.
Who we're looking for:
- Higher education in oil and gas engineering, drilling, or field development.
- Offshore experience is the must.
- At least 5 years of experience in drilling of oil and gas wells.
- Experience as a Drilling Superintendent/Drilling Supervisor would be an advantage.
- Command of international HSE and API standards.
- Contractors and production processes’ management skills.
- Ability to multitask and make prompt decisions.
- Proficiency in English or Azeri preferred.
- Willingness to work on a rotational basis and travel (Baku).
