With growth and expansion of our team, we are launching a new position for our offshore project - Drilling Supervisor.

What you'll do:

• Organize and supervise drilling operations at offshore fields.
• Synchronize contractors and service companies at the offshore drilling site.
• Monitor compliance with HSE-policy, industrial safety, and environmental protection.
• Ensure drilling programs are executed according with technical requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Analyze daily drilling reports and production metrics.
• Drilling risk management and prompt resolution of technical issues.
• Quality control of drilling and cementing operations.
• Interaction with geological, production, and engineering services.
• Optimization of drilling processes and reduction of non-productive time (NPT).
• Preparation of technical documentation and reporting.

Who we're looking for:

• Higher education in oil and gas engineering, drilling, or field development.
• Offshore experience is the must.
• At least 5 years of experience in drilling of oil and gas wells.
• Experience as a Drilling Superintendent/Drilling Supervisor would be an advantage.
• Command of international HSE and API standards.
• Contractors and production processes’ management skills.
• Ability to multitask and make prompt decisions.
• Proficiency in English or Azeri preferred.
• Willingness to work on a rotational basis and travel (Baku).
