- Engage with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for gas utility operations;
- Act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery;
- Prepare and maintain business process documentation in Azerbaijani and English;
- Analyze existing gas metering and downstream processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement;
- Support testing and validation of gas utility applications, ensuring compliance with operational requirements;
- Develop process maps and workflows to streamline domestic gas metering activities;
- Prepare business and technical reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates;
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in gas metering processes or downstream projects;
- Strong understanding of utility operations and customer service processes;
- Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (Russian preferable).
