- Monitor and operate HES, MDMS, and WFM portals to ensure continuous system functionality;
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and stakeholders;
- Identify, log, and resolve system and operational issues in coordination with technical teams;
- Support and guide field operations teams in troubleshooting and resolving customer-related cases;
- Track alarms, incidents, and system alerts, ensuring timely escalation and resolution;
- Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and documentation for compliance and audits;
- Coordinate with customer contact center teams to handle escalated issues efficiently;
- Contribute to process improvements in CCC workflows to enhance monitoring and response times.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in command and control center operations or related monitoring roles;
- Hands-on experience with HES, MDMS, WFM, and customer contact center applications/software;
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and report preparation;
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (Russian preferable).
