Esyasoft specializes in delivering AI-powered technology and analytics solutions that support the digital transformation of utility grids and global energy transition initiatives. As we expand our presence in Azerbaijan, we are seeking a Deployment Readiness Specialist to ensure operational and technical readiness before field deployment in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Readiness Coordination: Coordinate deployment readiness between field teams, communications teams, certification bodies, logistics, and HES / MDMS teams.
- Deployment Readiness Control: Maintain structured readiness checklists for each zone and deployment phase.
- System Readiness Validation: Validate readiness inputs received from HES and MDMS teams, including device configuration, communication readiness, and system integration status.
- Deployment Gate Management: Ensure that field deployment does not begin without confirmed readiness
- Go / No-Go Decision Support: Provide readiness reports and operational insights to support formal Go / No-Go deployment decisions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure synchronization between logistics, warehouse dispatch, communication provisioning, certification readiness, and field installation teams.
- Risk Identification & Escalation: Identify readiness gaps, operational risks, or dependencies and escalate them to project management.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare readiness dashboards, deployment readiness reports, and operational status updates for project leadership.
- Operational Alignment: Act as the coordination point between deployment planning teams and field execution teams to ensure smooth rollout operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, deployment management, or project implementation.
- Experience in Smart Metering, Utilities, IoT, or Telecom infrastructure projects is highly referred.
- Experience working in large-scale deployment programs is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Smart Metering ecosystems (Smart Meters, EVCs, communication modules, HES, MDMS).
- Experience with deployment planning tools, reporting dashboards, and operational coordination systems.
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); Russian proficiency is an asset.
