- Manage and ensure availability, performance, and security of data center infrastructure supporting AMI systems (HES/MDMS)
- Act as the primary interface between vendors, customers, and project teams for IT and smart metering solutions
- Review and validate infrastructure/network requirements; oversee readiness, capacity planning, and performance optimization
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and commissioning of AMI applications, networks, and M2M SIM connectivity
- Monitor and troubleshoot system/network performance, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, backup, and recovery standards
- Manage project deliverables, risks, and documentation; facilitate approvals and ensure smooth handover to operations
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, recommending optimizations, and ensuring adherence to quality standards
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing data centers for critical infrastructure projects
- ITIL, Cisco, or Microsoft certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of AMI network protocols, cybersecurity, and M2M/IoT communications (preferably in utility projects)
- Expertise in cellular network technologies, SIM management platforms, and virtualization (e.g., VMware), storage, backup, and cloud integration
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage
