Department: Sales & Operation Coordination Team

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Account Manager with perfect English more oriented in Sales & Operation to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with current business clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic account development. The ideal candidate will have experience in software services, SaaS, or B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new B2B client opportunities across key verticals
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent service, upselling new solutions, and ensuring contract renewals
  • Develop strategic plans to target high-potential leads and key accounts in specific regions
  • Manage current clients’ orders and make sure keep pre-selling
  • Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Work with operations teams to create customized proposals
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM documentation
  • Track customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction

Required:

  • 1+ years experience in B2B sales, operation management, account management, or business development 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., GHL)
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ownership
