About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. Your expertise in data collection, analysis, and visualization will play a key role in shaping strategies and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategies and decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis based on business requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in data analytics.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques.
• Knowledge of database management systems.
