We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
- Assist with personal and business-related tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Fluent in English and Azerbaijani (Russian is an advantage)
