Responsibilities
- Ability to work in 1C system
- Review and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Review and analyze financial data and create reports on financial status based on the analysis results
- Support and consult company's personnel on accounting control procedures
- Organize financial statements and budget preparation٫ accurately and timely
- Work together with financial and accounting managers to optimize financial operations
- Processing transactions
- Preparing financial statements
- Preparation (monthly, quarterly and annual) and submission of official reports (Tax, Profit, DSMF, Statistics)
- Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary
- Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities
- Work together with financial and accounting managers to optimize financial operations
- Communicating with clients
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience of working on a Financial Controller٫ Accounting Supervisor or Senior Accountant
- Good experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Must have (fluent) spoken and written (English, Russian, Azerbaijani).
- Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C
- Technical knowledge of accounting regulations, policies and procedures
- Detail- and deadline-oriented
- Ability to thoroughly analyze and research information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
