About the Role

• We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Design Engineer to take ownership of complex engineering design activities and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary project teams. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality engineering deliverables, compliance with international standards, and successful execution of large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering design activities across project phases
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams
• Review and approve design deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee interdisciplinary coordination (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards, and deadlines
• Identify technical risks and implement effective engineering solutions
• Support project execution from concept through detailed design

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Proven experience in a Senior / Lead Engineering role
• Strong background in EPC, Oil & Gas, or large-scale industrial projects
• Proficiency in engineering/design tools (AutoCAD, PDMS, or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Fluent English is highly desirable
