Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on a variety of client matters, gaining hands-on experience in both advisory and transactional work. This role offers a great opportunity for professional development in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in advising clients on legal matters across corporate law, litigation, real estate, commercial law, employment law, etc.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, opinions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Attend meetings, negotiations, and hearings where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
