Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with accurate and complete information in response to their inquiries;
- Take a proactive approach to resolving non-standard situations and finding optimal solutions for customers;
- Advise customers on the company’s products and services;
- Maintain internal reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Good command of English (required);
- Ability to express ideas clearly and confidently using an appropriate tone;
- Fast and accurate typing skills;
- Proficiency in office software;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (operator or customer support).
Working Conditions:
- Work schedule: 5 days a week: 09:00 – 17:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 16:00
- Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code;
- Salary: 1000 AZN
