We are hiring English-speaking call center operators for a fully remote position.

All you need to work is a strong internet connection, a computer, and excellent English — work from home in any weather conditions.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• English level C1 or higher (clients are native English speakers)
• Confident verbal communication skills
• Fast thinking and ability to learn quickly
• Responsible, reliable, and organized
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (used daily)
• Own computer and high-speed, stable internet connection
• Quiet workspace

Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)

• Sales skills
• Previous call center experience
• Experience communicating with international or native English-speaking clients

Available Shifts (Baku Time)

• Position 1: Mon–Sat - 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM - 500 AZN
• Position 2: Mon–Sat - 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM - 400 AZN
• Position 3: Mon–Sat - 10:00 PM – 3:00 AM - 400 AZN
• During summer time, all shifts start and end one hour earlier.
