We are looking for a C1–C2 English-speaking Call Center Operator for a fully remote position with daily communication with native English speakers.

Requirements

• True C1–C2 spoken English — mandatory
• Excellent speaking and listening skills
• Fast reaction, good comprehension and multitasking
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Own PC, stable high-speed internet and noise-cancelling headphones

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information about services and procedures
• Document calls and customer interactions in CRM
• Follow company policies and confidentiality standards

Conditions:

• Schedule — Baku Time
• Monday–Saturday, 4:00 PM–9:00 PM (5 working hours)
• During wintertime, shifts will start and end one hour later.
• Salary: 400 AZN NET

Additional Option: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 PM–2:00 AM (5 working hours) - Not needed at the moment — will be considered later.
