Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled MEP specialist with expertise in the design, installation, and management of MEP systems. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and be experienced in overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of these systems. This role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of our team, contributing to rapidly growing infrastructure projects.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP systems (including the design and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems).
- HVAC systems experience: Proficiency in load calculations, design, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Electrical systems knowledge: Experience in power distribution, energy systems, and safety protocols.
- Plumbing systems: Expertise in water supply, drainage system management, and waste management.
- MEP project management: Strong understanding of safety regulations, budgeting, and project planning.
- Software proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD or other MEP-related software.
- Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with local regulations and building codes.
- English language proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English (REQUIRED).
Additional Advantages:
