Responsibilities:
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
- Implementing and maintain processes designed to achieve specific objectives.
- Assess any risks and the internal controls within a company
- Make suggestions as to what needs to be done to rectify a failed audit or issues that were identified as problematic during the audit
- Communicating with company management to determine audit requirements,
- To determine the scope and schedule of the audit,
- Auditing financial records to ensure firm effectiveness and efficiency,
- Analyzing data on net worth, assets, capital stock, income and expenditures,
- Designing and implementing audit strategies, procedures and programs,
- Developing risk models to prevent potential risks,
- Planning training programs for the development of audit personnel,
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- To protect the confidentiality of the financial data of the company.
Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant disciplines BSc, as a minimum.
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience as audit.
- Experience and knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills.
- Quality and detail focused.
- Ability to identify potential issues/problems and apply effective solutions as required.
- Ability and flexibility in learning new things and deliver productive work on them.
