We are looking for “Coating Operator" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below: 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Knowledge and Experience (Preferred)

• Experience in film coating / coating processes
• Familiarity with coating pans (film coating machines)
• Basic knowledge of coating solution preparation and process parameters (spray rate, pan speed, inlet/outlet temperatures, atomization pressure, etc.)
• Experience with nozzle/spray gun setup, cleaning, and maintenance checks (preferred)
• Familiarity with IPC checks (appearance, color uniformity, weight gain, etc.)
• Knowledge of coating defects (orange peel, picking, sticking, color variation, etc.) and basic corrective actions
• Habit of working with Batch Records / Manufacturing Instructions
• Discipline in working in controlled/cleanroom environments

Documentation & GMP Discipline

• Ability to complete Batch Records, IPC forms, and logbook entries accurately and in full
• Compliance with data integrity (ALCOA+) principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, QA, and QC in case of deviations or non-conformities
• Compliance with line clearance and label/status management procedures

System and Equipment Usage (Added Value)

• Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP/MES is a plus)
• Compliance with equipment checklist and logbook systems
• Familiarity with product transfer systems such as vacuum transfer or IBCs (if applicable)

Occupational Health and Safety

• Compliance with OHS rules related to hot surfaces, compressed air, and chemical exposure risks
• Awareness of proper PPE usage (mask/respirator, goggles, gloves, coveralls, etc.)
• Ability to comply with fire and vapor risk procedures in solvent-based systems (if applicable)
• Ability to follow emergency procedures and safety interlock systems

Additional requirements:

• Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical industry or GMP-compliant manufacturing facilities
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime schedules
• Strong team player with effective communication skills
• High attention to detail, meticulousness, personal hygiene awareness, and sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced workload and a disciplined working environment
• For male candidates: completion of military service or deferment for at least 2 years (may be adjusted according to company policy)
• Educational Requirements
• Minimum high school graduate
• Preferably Vocational High School / Vocational College / University graduate (Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Pharmaceutical Production, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and task-tracking skills
• Teamwork orientation
• Disciplined work approach, responsibility, and reliability
• Openness to learning and willingness for continuous development
