Job Description:

The Data Integrity Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of data generated across pharmaceutical production and quality control processes. This role involves implementing and monitoring data integrity policies in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements, performing regular audits and risk assessments, and ensuring that electronic systems adhere to data governance standards. Collaborates with production, quality assurance, and IT teams to identify vulnerabilities, establish preventive measures, and support investigations related to data integrity issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory guidelines on data integrity.
• Develop and implement procedures to maintain accurate and reliable data throughout production and laboratory operations.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses related to data governance.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for maintaining data integrity.
• Support validation of computerized systems and ensure secure access control.
• Investigate data discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Additional requirements:

• To follow developments in cGMP, cGDP and Quality Assurance System
• To follow the technological developments in the professional zone
• Graduate of a University/associate degree
• Proficient in using MS Office programs.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data integrity compliance role
• Attentive to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Team player.
• Able to work under intense workload when necessary.
