We are looking for “Dispensing Operator" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below: 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Knowledge and Experience (Preferred)

• Experience in weighing/dispensing processes
• Knowledge of raw material (API + excipient) weighing
• Familiarity with working via Batch Records / Dispensing Forms
• Discipline in working in controlled/clean room environments
• Basic knowledge of GMP, hygiene, and documentation
• Knowledge of balance/scale usage and precision weighing rules
• Habit of checking material codes, lot numbers, and expiration dates

Documentation & GMP Discipline

• Ability to complete production records accurately and completely
• Adherence to data integrity (ALCOA+) principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with relevant departments in case of deviations/non-conformities

System and Equipment Usage (Added Value)

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/MES is a plus)
• Familiarity with barcode systems and labeling processes
• Knowledge of scale/balance calibration and status checks

Occupational Health and Safety

• Awareness of proper use of PPE (masks/respirators, gloves, goggles, etc.)
• Compliance with dusty-environment work and chemical safety rules
• Ability to comply with procedures for working with hazardous materials (antibiotics, hormones, cytotoxic substances, etc.), if applicable

Additional requirements:

• Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical industry or GMP-compliant manufacturing facilities
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime schedules
• Strong team player with effective communication skills
• High level of attention to detail, meticulousness, personal hygiene awareness, and sense of responsibility
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced workload and a disciplined working environment
• For male candidates: completion of military service or deferment for at least 2 years (may be adjusted according to company policy)
• Minimum high school graduate
• Preferably Vocational High School / Vocational College / University graduate (Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Pharmaceutical Production, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and task-tracking skills
• Teamwork orientation
• Reliability, responsibility, and strong work discipline
• Openness to learning and willingness for continuous development
