Job Description:

The Finance Administrator supports by managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records,payroll, assisting with reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. This role is key to maintaining smooth financial operations within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash. 
  • Manage payroll system 
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, financial records, and supporting documentation. 
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, supplier accounts, and internal financial accounts. 
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis related to manufacturing operations. 
  • Assist in tracking production costs, inventory valuation, and overhead allocation. 
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments. 
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and local regulatory requirements. 
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes. 
  • Assist with audits by providing required documentation and responding to audit inquiries. 
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, procurement, logistics) to ensure proper financial tracking of materials, inventory, and operational expenses

Additional requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. 
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records. 
  • English language is preferred.
