We are looking for “IT / OT Team Leader" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below:
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, configure, and operate IT systems used in Quality Control laboratories, including:
- Installation and configuration of workstations and systems
- Integration into corporate domain and Active Directory structures
- User, role, and access management at operating system and domain levels
- Implementation of security controls, antivirus, and backup policies
- Oversee the technical operation of laboratory and production-related applications, ensuring:
- Controlled user access and authorization
- Stable and compliant day-to-day operation
- Manage IT/OT aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including:
- System installation, configuration, and commissioning activities
- Coordination of IT and OT system integration
- Perform and maintain:
- Backup and restore procedures
- Business continuity and system availability checks
- Execute and document:
- System installation, configuration, testing, and go-live activities
- Technical documentation required for regulated environments
- Provide technical support to GxP-related system lifecycle activities, including:
- Participation in IQ / OQ / PQ activities
- Execution of test cases and recording of results
- Collaborate closely with:
- Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams on site
- Central IT teams providing remote support
- Manage multiple parallel activities under time pressure while maintaining compliance and documentation discipline
Additional requirements:
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or food industries preferred)
- Experience supporting applications used in laboratory or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with environments where IT and OT systems operate together
- Strong documentation and testing mindset
- Solid understanding of structured work, planning, and prioritization
- Ability to work independently on site with remote guidance
- High stress tolerance and ability to deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability
- Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
- Awareness of GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, or EU Annex 11 requirements
- Experience with industrial equipment-related IT/OT systems
- Familiarity with information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001)
Strong knowledge of:
- Windows operating systems and Windows Server environments
- Active Directory, domain structures, and user authorization models
