We are looking for a "Mechanical Maintenance Technician/Foreman" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update operation and maintenance instructions for infrastructure mechanical systems (ventilation, water systems, heating, cooling, steam, etc.).
• Ensure the efficient operation of the systems under responsibility.
• Perform maintenance of the systems under responsibility and ensure complete documentation.
• Manage the spare parts inventory.
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements for the work performed.

Additional requirements:

• Graduate of relevant departments of high school, vocational school, or university.
• English language skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of infrastructure systems (ventilation, heating, cooling, gas lines, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair.
• Team-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Able to work under high work tempo when necessary.
• Holds a driver’s license and can actively drive.
• Able to work under intensive work conditions when required.
