We are looking for “Quality Assurance Team Leader" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that quality assurance processes within the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility are conducted in compliance with GMP requirements and relevant quality standards, 
• Coordinate the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), 
• Work closely with Production, Quality Control, and Technical departments to ensure processes are carried out in a controlled and compliant manner, 
• Prepare for internal and external audits, actively participate in audit activities, and ensure follow-up of required corrective and preventive actions, 
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of quality issues arising during manufacturing processes, 
• Ensure that documentation systems remain up-to-date, organized, and audit-ready at all times, 
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency and quality performance, 
• Be responsible for the final release of products.

Additional requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field, 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Quality Assurance department within the pharmaceutical industry, 
• Advanced proficiency in English, 
• Proficient in SAP, QMEX, and Microsoft Office applications, 
• Preferably experienced in using SAP, 
• Strong knowledge of current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements, 
• Knowledge of non-sterile manufacturing and quality control processes, 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, 
• Highly organized, positive, result-oriented, and analytical mindset, 
• Knowledge of project follow-up and monitoring processes with strong analytical thinking abilities, 
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
