We are looking for “Tablet Compression & Capsule Filling Operator " (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below:
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Knowledge and Experience (Preferred)
Tablet Compression
- Experience in tablet compression processes
- Familiarity with rotary tablet presses
- Knowledge of punch & die set changeovers, feeder adjustments, and basic machine setup
- Experience with IPC checks (weight, hardness, thickness, visual inspection, etc.) (preferred)
- Knowledge of common tablet defects (capping, sticking, lamination, etc.) and basic corrective actions
- Habit of working with Batch Records / Manufacturing Instructions
- Discipline in working in controlled/cleanroom environments
Capsule Filling
- Experience in capsule filling processes
- Familiarity with capsule filling machine setup, mold/tooling changeovers, and adjustment procedures
- Knowledge of capsule shell (body & cap) inspection and feeding processes
- Experience with IPC controls (fill weight, empty/underfilled capsules, locking, etc.) (preferred)
- Familiarity with dedusting/polishing and metal detector processes (if applicable)
Documentation & GMP Discipline
- Ability to complete Batch Records, IPC forms, and logbook entries accurately and in full
- Compliance with data integrity (ALCOA+) principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, QA, and QC in case of deviations or non-conformities
- Compliance with line clearance and label/status management procedures
System and Equipment Usage (Added Value)
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP/MES is a plus)
- Knowledge of dedusters, metal detectors, and tablet transfer systems (if applicable)
- Compliance with equipment checklist and logbook systems
Occupational Health and Safety
- Compliance with OHS rules in dusty environments and around moving equipment
- Awareness of proper PPE usage (mask/respirator, goggles, gloves, etc.)
Ability to follow emergency procedures and safety interlock systems
Additional requirements:
- Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical industry or GMP-compliant manufacturing facilities
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime schedules
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
- High attention to detail, meticulousness, personal hygiene awareness, and sense of responsibility
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced workload and a disciplined working environment
- For male candidates: completion of military service or deferment for at least 2 years (may be adjusted according to company policy)
- Minimum high school graduate
- Preferably Vocational High School / Vocational College / University graduate (Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Pharmaceutical Production, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
