We are looking for “Technical Maintenance Manager/Chief" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below:
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing planned maintenance programs; managing maintenance activities; ensuring their execution and reporting
- Developing and managing a spare parts stock management system
- Analyzing failures and defining and implementing preventive maintenance and improvement activities to prevent recurrence
- Taking part, together with the team, in investment projects, including machinery and systems projects, on-site manufacturing, and qualification processes
- Preparing training plans for the team and monitoring the implementation of these trainings
- Managing required quality system processes (procedures, deviations, change management, etc.)
- Conducting necessary communications for responsible systems and documentation during national and international audits
Additional requirements:
- Graduated from the Departments of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical–Electronics Engineering at universities
- Advanced level of English
- At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure systems and/or production machinery maintenance and repair
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills; excellent planning and coordination abilities; open to innovation and continuous learning
- Team-oriented
- Able to fully comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Flexible to work extended and/or flexible working hours
