We are looking for “Warehouse specialist" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure warehouse operations are carried out in compliance with GMP requirements, occupational health and safety regulations, and quality standards. 
• Manage goods receipt, product inbound and outbound transactions, warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and periodic stock counts in accordance with established procedures. 
• Execute and oversee warehouse-related transactions within SAP. 
• Work closely with Production Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow throughout operations. 
• Manage and maintain departmental documentation processes. 
• Participate in system implementation, development, and continuous improvement projects. 
• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including task allocation and operational monitoring. 
• Ensure products are prepared accurately, completely, and on time for shipment. 
• Adapt effectively to a dynamic work environment, demonstrating strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented approach. 
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, operational efficiency projects, and system enhancement activities.

Additional requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline). 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations. 
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, or chemicals. 
• Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, shipping, and logistics operations, with active involvement in coordinating production and warehouse processes. 
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced in using ERP systems; -SAP knowledge is preferred. 
• Good command of English. 
• Experience working on cross-functional projects and within a team-oriented environment. 
• Open to change and continuous improvement, capable of taking initiative in leadership, and adaptable to system establishment and management practices.
