Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor field force activities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure flawless execution of marketing strategies in the region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5  years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (experience in sales/field force management will be a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is an advantage).
