Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles (preferably 1+ years)
• Knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery by resolving any delays or transportation issues
• Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation in accordance with local and international regulations
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations
