Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using procurement or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAP).
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform the procurement of products and services required in support of Company’s business activities in accordance with company’s policies and compliance/ethical standards;
- To receive customer RFQs – register in relevant reports;
- To handle assigned RFQs reviewing / rechecking them and if provided information is sufficient re-sending to manufacturer / suppliers for quoting;
- To meet deadlines set by customer and chase vendors accordingly;
- In case proposed customer deadline is not obtainable, ask for extension accordingly;
- If any technical clarification / additional information is required from manufacturer side, inform end user accordingly;
- To receive and evaluate all vendor proposals.
