Glensol, a leading provider of engineering and maintenance services in the energy sector, is looking for a motivated Cost Controller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting.
- Lead and coordinate tender preparation and submissions.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
- Support sales by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and maintaining client relations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement and sales operations with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement and/or sales, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
- Demonstrated experience in tender preparation, submission, and contract management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English (Russian is desirable).
