Glensol, operating in the oil and gas sector, is seeking an experienced QC Engineer to support procurement activities related to technical equipment and spare parts for operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee QC activities during maintenance and repair of rotating equipment (turbines, pumps, valves, electromotors, top drives, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with international standards, OEM requirements, customer requirements, and company QMS procedures.
• Prepare and monitor Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Conduct internal, supplier, and third-party audits.
• Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare QC reports.
• Lead inspections and support QC inspectors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of QC experience, preferably in oil & gas.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance and repair.
• Experience with QCP, ITP, and quality audits.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification required.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, ISO standards; NDT Level II is an advantage.
• Strong inspection, reporting, and communication skills.
