Job Description:
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Local sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics in Azerbaijan Market
- Explore , Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of logistics solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare Weekly/Monthly sales plans and reports with regular updates for management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the service , Hospitability or freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade and logistics services (air, sea, and road freight).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
