Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for students and parents
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and satisfaction
- Coordinate between students and instructors
- Handle student inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure students follow their learning plans and schedules
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel systems
- Support onboarding of new students
- Assist in improving overall student experience at Glodemia
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (Azerbaijani and English required)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset
- Experience in education/customer service is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Working Hours
- Full-time (6 days per week 10:00-19:00)
