Job requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a related industry;
- A proactive thinker, creative problem-solver, and innovative strategist with an appetite for working in a fast-paced fintech environment;
- Experience in developing customer-centered strategies that reflect a deep understanding of the target audience’s needs, behaviors, and motivations;
- Experience in overseeing complex, multi-channel campaigns;
- Experience and good understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools;
- Azerbaijani, English and Russian language knowledge is a must;
- Capacity to work with provided data, identify target audiences and execute successful marketing campaigns;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Keen eye for details.
Job responsibilities:
- Work on all core marketing initiatives including strategic marketing, campaign marketing to deliver high-impact promotional projects;
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional programs, using data-driven insights;
- Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies and industry trends;
- Take full responsibility for evaluating, optimizing, and scaling marketing campaigns;
- Lead innovative marketing experiments, such as A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and new channel explorations, to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage advanced digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, SMS marketing and Meta, Google Ads;
- Take ownership of marketing budget allocation and optimize the distribution of marketing resources to achieve objectives efficiently;
- Work closely with product, data, customer service teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with product offerings and customer feedback, enhancing product-market fit.
Working schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00-18:00
