Requirements:
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience with a focus on revenue generation, and strategic campaign development, preferably in banking, fintech, or related industry;
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and performance metrics;
- A proactive thinker, creative problem-solver, focused on identifying and leveraging growth opportunities within a fast-paced fintech environment;
- Experience in developing customer-centered strategies that reflect a deep understanding of the target audience’s needs, behaviors, and motivations;
- Experience in overseeing complex, multi-channel campaigns;
- Experience and good understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools;
- Language skills: Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages. Good knowledge of Russian will be an advantage;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Keen eye for details.
Responsibilities:
- Work on all core marketing initiatives including strategic marketing and campaign marketing to deliver high-impact promotional projects;
- Develop and execute data-driven, revenue-focused marketing campaigns that drive growth and enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement;
- Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies and industry trends;
- Use deep data analysis to identify growth opportunities, understand user behavior, and optimize marketing strategies;
- Take full responsibility for evaluating, optimizing, and scaling marketing campaigns. Proactively adjust strategies and campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure they align with company objectives;
- Lead experimentation initiatives, such as A/B testing, customer segmentation, and conversion rate optimization, to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI;
- Manage advanced digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, SMS marketing and Meta, Google Ads ensuring campaigns are data-backed and strategically optimized to achieve growth targets;
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives reinforce and align with company’s corporate brand identity, positioning the brand consistently across all channels;
- Cultivate relationships with internal teams and external creative agencies, suppliers, and contractors to create cohesive and innovative marketing campaigns that meet business objectives;
- Take ownership of marketing budget allocation and optimize the distribution of marketing resources as needed to support high-impact growth initiatives;
- Work closely with product, data, customer service teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with product offerings and customer feedback, enhancing product-market fit.
Schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00.
