Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

We’re looking for an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, manage client portfolios, and mentor a team of auditors. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality audits, driving innovation, and supporting business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements across various industries
• Supervise and coach audit teams
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of audit work
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Support audit planning and final reporting

Requirements:

• An Azerbaijani national
• 6+ years of external audit experience in a top-tier audit firm
• ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualified
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and group audits
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
• Audit Experience of Financial Services sector is also a major advantage.
• Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office.
