At Grant Thornton Azerbaijan, we are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to lead our technology function and support our growing business.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technology professional who enjoys combining strategic planning with day-to-day operational management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of the firm's IT environment while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and user experience. 

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, endpoints, and business applications

✅ Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and business systems

✅ Lead cybersecurity, identity management, and data protection initiatives

✅ Provide technical leadership and support for end users across the firm

✅ Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks

✅ Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery performance

✅ Support audits, compliance requirements, and business continuity planning

✅ Oversee hardware, software, and technology lifecycle management.

What We're Looking For

✔ 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT management roles

✔ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies

✔ Experience with endpoint management, backup and disaster recovery solutions

✔ Ability to troubleshoot across infrastructure, applications, networks, and cloud environments

✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

✔ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

✔ Microsoft, Azure, or ITIL certifications would be an advantage.
