We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented CEO Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in daily operations. 

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including taking minutes and follow-ups
  • Track assigned tasks and ensure timely follow-up with relevant teams
  • Monitor progress of ongoing tasks and report results and updates to the CEO
  • Assist in project management and execution of strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
  • Age 25 and above
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
