We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented CEO Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including taking minutes and follow-ups
- Track assigned tasks and ensure timely follow-up with relevant teams
- Monitor progress of ongoing tasks and report results and updates to the CEO
- Assist in project management and execution of strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
- Age 25 and above
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
